This is definitively Mourvèdre. Earthy, spicy, sauvage. Lovely dark berries, balanced with mediterranean herbs and pepper. Give it some air, and go for a wild ride. Fermented with native yeast, aged in large format neutral oak.

A Grenache based Rosé, with smaller amounts of Syrah and Mourvèdre. Pronounced minerality, petrichor, and the essence of a summertime riverbank. Delicate strawberry, melon and cherry inflection. Rounded, with balanced acid.
